Luxury barn conversion, built using a custom brick match

Nestled deep in the countryside, a heritage moated site has been transformed into a development of 12 luxurious homes.

The Grade II listed building was used as barns for decades. Our challenge was to supply bricks for the new extension that would blend seamlessly with the existing barns. Working closely with the architect, and in line with planning requirements, we created a bespoke blend using our Country Blend and York Clamp handmade bricks, matching the original barns perfectly.

The extension created 12 homes, each featuring private parking, porcelain floor tiles, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps, and electric garage doors. The use of contemporary and traditional design elements with high quality materials gives every home a truly timeless character.
