This London property has been completely refurbished and extended to create a spacious family home while retaining its original character.

Planning permission was granted in 2022 to rebuild and extend the house, keeping the front and part of the side walls while creating a larger modern home with a basement.

The existing house was in poor condition and required significant work. The brief was to source a brick that matched the original brickwork as closely as possible.

The refurbishment also included removing the outdated red render and replacing it with a neutral white finish. This creates a cleaner, brighter look that complements the brickwork.
