Project Scope: Elegant new manor house

Project Industry: New Build, Residential

A captivating new build manor house perfectly designed to replicate a listed building.

The owners of this breath-taking property, originally decided to buy and restore a historical, derelict listed manor house located in Spalding.

Unfortunately the initial plan for the Grade II listed estate fell through, however the owners fell in love with the property and decided to meticulously replicate it as a new build home, which looks precisely like the original building.

To capture the exquisiteness of the home, our brick match expert visited the listed house and created a unique specification for all the bricks and specials used.

The brick specials in particular were templated to create bespoke moulds for the home owners specific requirements.

The self-build was intricately designed and built using Farmhouse Orange handmade bricks, laid using an English garden wall bond, highlighted with detailed brick arches, dentil courses, sash windows and roofing slates.
